This is our own recipe for proper elderflower cprdial which we've been making since 1984. It's made on the farm with masses of freshly picked flowers, squeezed fresh lemons and some sugar. We use no preservatives, flavourings or any other 'nasties'.

A Grown Up Cordial
I bought this and another premium cordial to try out and it's very nice, not too sweet and almost identical in flavour to their sparkling product. My children weren't so keen on it (but they didn't dislike it either). Will be buying again.
