Benadryl Allergy Children's 6+ 1mg/1ml Oral Solution treats children aged 6 years and over and adults: Suffering from hay fever and year round allergies such as dust or pet allergies. It can also be used to treat the symptoms of urticaria, also known as hives. This medicine contains cetirizine dihydrochloride which is an antihistamine that helps relieve allergy symptoms associated with the above conditions, such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes and skin rashes.

For oral use only. Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. Children 6-12 years old: Using the dosing cup provided, 5ml once in the morning and 5ml once in the evening. Children aged 12 years and over: Using the dosing cup provided, 10ml once daily. Not recommended for children under 6 years old.

Usage Instructions:
For oral use only.

Treatment for Hay Fever, year round Allergies and Urticaria:
Children aged 6 - 11 years: Two 5 ml spoonfuls to be swallowed once daily, or one 5 ml spoonful in the morning and one 5 ml spoonful in the evening.
Children aged 12 years and over: Two 5 ml spoonfuls to be swallowed once daily.

Do not give to children under 6 years.
Do not exceed the stated dose.

Benadryl for children Allergy Solution, at the recommended dose, does not cause drowsiness in the majority of people. However, rare cases of drowsiness have been reported. If affected do not drive or operate machinery. As with all antihistamines avoid excessive alcohol consumption when taking this medicine.

If you are pregnant or if you have kidney problem consult your doctor before taking Benadryl for children Allergy Solution.
Do not take if you are breast-feeding.
If symptoms persist consult your doctor or pharmacist.
