Surprised how nice it tastes

Having been told I need to lower my cholsterol and not wanting to take statins as they interact with my other medication I thought I would try this option. It was nice to see there is a dairy free option and the tropical fruit flavour is really nice. I intend to keep using these and see what my cholsterol level is when Im tested in 3 months

This works!

These do work IMHO. My husband was prescribed statins to lower cholsterol and opted to try this instead. Result of his first blood test was perfect.
