Brilliant bibs

These are excellent, my daughter pulls off plastic bibs usually hurting her neck in the process but she seems much happier with these. Slight shame that these are now smaller than they used to be.

Great bib

This bib looks great & catches most spillages, especially round the neck area where most others don't - it washes well in the machine & I've not had any problems with it not being waterproof like the last review although we haven't had any major spillages yet as we've been weaning for just a few weeks. So far so good for us.

100% waterproof? No

At first look, I liked this bib. It seems as if it would be more comfortable to wear than the rubbery bibs that everyone knows. Plus it's more attractive a minor consideration, but some might care more about this and was easy to wipe clean. But while the fabric might be waterproof, the bib isn't. The catcher bit at the bottom of the bib has a seam along the bottom, and that seam isn't waterproof. At second use, my daughter spilled a little water and a very small pool gathered in the turn-up. By the time I took it off her a few minutes later, the outside of the bib was wet where it had seeped through the seam. If there had been a larger quantity of water, or it had been left for longer, it would certainly have been dripping off the bib. Obviously, this is still better than not having any turn-up at all, but I'll be sticking to the rubber bibs for now until/unless I find something better.
