not a great taste
it gives you a good amount of protein compared to the other similar products, well done for it! However, it tastes horrible, I couldn't even finish my serve
Supplier Response - Many thanks for your feedback, which is very valuable. All Bio-Synergy products are free from artificial flavours and as this product contains no carbs, this may explain why it is not as flavoursome. It does however have the highest protein content on the market, with over 87% per serving.

versatile
I add this to yoghurt for breakfast, but it's vanilla flavour makes it useful in baking too. I add it to pancakes.

good product
I use this all the time mixed into smoothies and mixed with pea protein/coconut flour/some other ingredients for a kind of "dessert" - it works very well!
