Lovely
I kind of agree with some other reviewers, this definitely separates in the tin and needs a darned good stir. The first one I used I tipped it, water gushed out then a big plop of the solid. Note to self - stir it in the tin. Once stirred though this is great, could not be better.

lots of cream
Clearly some people have been unlucky, but I bought two cans for a thai curry and both had lots of thick coconut cream with a 'coconut water' layer. Stirred it was great.

The best coconut milk ever
I have tried many brands of coconut milk and this one is the best of all. The milk has two fractions - solidified coconut fat and watery part. This does not cause any problem, it mixes up nicely during cooking, and the flavour is wonderful. In fact, I find that this tastes better than emulsified versions of coconut milk. It gives such a pure, gentle and natural flavour to curry, moqueca or oriental soups that you may even skip some spices!

1st tin watery, 2nd tin watery- never again!
Having read the previous 4 reviews - 3 positive, and 1 poor regarding the consistency, I thought that I would try this Coconut Milk. I needed 2 tins for a meal with friends. To my horror, I found that both tins were no more than coloured water! Yes, it had separated, but I'm used to this with coconut milk, so I stirred well, but still just like coloured water, with only limited taste. Totally confirmed the review of the original person, would not recommend or use again. Totally disappointing to a new Ocado shopper.

Quality coconut milk
Best quality I have found on any supermarket shelf, even better than ones found at my oriental foods specialist. Sure you pay more but for that there's no added evils! Stir well.
