Mmm!
This is lovely as it is, not heavy or dry and good with soft cheese. I've not tried it toasted but now I've read the earlier reviews I will certainly do so!

Lovely toasted
Smooth and tasty rye bread without the sharpness I sometimes find they have. Most amazing toasted, goes all chewy like a malt loaf. Yum.

Scrummy!
This is best toasted in my opinion and then it really is very morish. Feels like a healthy option unless, like me, you spread butter on it! There arent too many slices, but it is very filling so you dont need to eat much.

ugh!
This was hideous. Toasted it, put a poached egg on top. Hard a a rock. I used a butter knife and had to saw it to cut through - would have been better off with a steak knife. Tasted like I would imagine a brick tastes. I bought this based on the reviews. Are they false??
