Store in a cool dry place.
Prepare & Use
Cooking instructions:
Place pasta in a large pan of boiling water (1lt for 100g pasta). Add salt to taste and simmer for 6-8 mins, stir from time to time. Strain and serve with Biona organic pasta sauces

delicious, wish there were more shapes available
Biona also do a very good spelt spaghetti, lasagne and fusilli, as well as fresh spelt tortellini - it would be great if we could get these on ocado!

Great pasta, best ever!
What can I say? Bought this pasta as a 'one off' out of curiosity - now I don't buy anything else. Best cooked slightly 'al dente'

Definitely my favourite pasta
I've used Biona's standard wholewheat pasta before and thought it very good indeed. Having now tried the spelt version I shall be buying that in future, as it's even better. I'd go so far as to say it's now my favourite pasta, full stop, well worth paying a little extra for.

Delicious pasta, great flavour and texture
This is a really good pasta, very tasty and holds its shape beautifully when cooked. I agree with other reviewer - it would be great to be able to buy the other shapes in this range, especially the spaghetti. Please Ocado can you add to this line.
