Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
Cannot be Microwaved.
Prepare & Use
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Oven cook - From Frozen
30 min: 190C, 170C fan assisted, Gas5.
Preheat oven. Place the bag containing the fish on a baking tray. Do not pierce the bag. Place in the middle of oven.
For fan assisted ovens, cooking time may be reduced by 5 minutes. Two or more portions may require more time.
To serve: Remove the bag from the oven, shake gently. Tear or cut the end of the bag with scissors. Be careful, bag and contents will be hot!
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. The above instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting

bland and chewy
I cooked these for less time than recommended but none of us liked them. The fish had that toughness that frozen fish often does and the flavour of the sauce was slightly artificial and yucky. Won't buy again.

WONDERFUL! AND HEALTHIER THAN FISH SHOP FISH
Really lovely fish. Very meaty and a really tasty sauce. Good idea, putting the rosemary with cod. Served with new potatoes and a good variety of mixed veg, this is MUCH healthier option than a Fish & Chip shop meal.

simple and tasty
I bought this on the midweek meal offer and it goes perfectly with the Mediterranean rice. I have two microwaves so whole meal for one ready in 4.5 minutes! I'm buying more while the offer is still on.
