Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
Prepare & Use
Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.
Not suitable for microwave cooking
Pre heat oven. Place the bag containing the prawns on a baking tray. Do not pierce the bag. Place in the middle of the oven and cook for 20 mins.
Electric Oven - 190ºc
Fan Oven - 170ºc
Gas Mark 5
To Serve: Remove the bag from the oven, shake gently. Tear or cut the end of the bag with scissors. Be careful, contents will be hot!

Wow - delicious!
A generous portion of prawns in each pack with plenty of tasty sauce making for a quick and economical dinner! Easy to mix in with spaghetti to make a delicious pasta dish - or equally delicious with long grain rice. RECOMMENDED!

Poor helpings but tasty
Looked ok but shrank to tiny prawns after cooking as instructed. Rather too many fat calories

Absolutely Delicious
Makes an easy dinner if you don't have the time or don't feel like cooking. I served this with some oven roasted tomatoes cooked on the same baking tray and tagliatelle for a delicious, easy supper. Lovely juicy prawns with a nicely hot chilli sauce. Will definitely buy again. And again!

Versatile and delicious.
The most useful freezer item I can think of. There is enough sauce to make a substantial meal from these prawns if you wish but they are perfect over a salad with crunchy bread to soak up the sauce. Lovely.
