To retain more vitamins, Microwave straight from the freezer.
Microwave - From Frozen
For 160g (approx. 1 serving), Place the mixed vegetables in a microwaveable bowl, Add 15 ml (1tbsp) water and cover, Full power, Drain and serve. Season to taste.
650W - 5.5 min
750W - 5 min
850W - 4.5 min
Alternatively Hob - From Frozen
Boil 2.5 min. Place in a pan. Add sufficient boiling water to cover. Bring back to the boil. Cover and simmer for 2.5 min. Drain and serve. Season to taste.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

Good quality for frozen, nice with some fishcakes or even in a stir fry.

The BEST frozen veg--period!
Nothing seems to come close to the quality of this frozen veg. Trouble is, it's two and a half times the cost of Waitrose's frozen veg, comparing weight for weight.
