Storage
Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Prepare & Use
To retain more vitamins, microwave straight from the freezer.
Microwave (for 160g - 2 servings)
B/650W - 4 mins
D/750W - 3½ mins
E/850W - 3 mins
Place the garden peas in a microwavable bowl. Add 15ml (1 tbsp) water and cover. Microwave on full power. Drain and serve.
Season to taste.
Hob
3 minutes
Place in pan. Add sufficient boiling water to cover. Bring back to the boil. Cover and simmer for 3 mins.
Season to taste.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

Best Frozen Peas
These are the best on the market. I cook them for 4.5mins in microwave and they are just like fresh peas. The zip closure is great, no more loose peas in the freezer drawer!!
