Fantastic mix, so versatile and relatively low fat
Mix with 1 yogurt and enough whole milk to make 40cl in a measuring jug. Let stand in bowl for 2mn before tipping over onto work surface and kneading very lightly.F old the dough upon itself about 3 times, not more. Roll out to 3cm, cut, brush tops with single cream and bake at 200C for about 20mn. These are the closest to the biscuits I had in the US.
