Blue Dragon Coconut Milk is made from carefully selected ripe coconuts. Once the husk, coconut water and shell have been removed, the kernel is pressed to extract a creamy liquid and blended with water. This creamy liquid is known in South East Asia as coconut milk. Coconut Milk is the mainstay of Thai, Indian and Caribbean cooking and can be used to add a mild, coconut flavour to soups, curries and desserts.

Good value.
Perfect size for curries, and definitely easier than opening a fresh coconut! I hope it stays at 85p!

Can transform a meal
Good size as adding this to dishes is just enough to enrich them. Make a tomato based curry and put one of these in instead of yoghurt or cream its better for you

This is a really small can of coconut milk
Just beware that this can is very small. My fault for not checking the measurements before buying, but when you expect a normal size can, it can be quite funny to get this mini version.

Perfect size for a curry for 4 people
I love that there is no waste with this tin of coconut milk. I hate having to throw out half a tin in the past and you only need a small amount in a curry for both taste and waistline reasons. Perfect.
