Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil.
2. Add noodles to the pan. (1 nest per person).
3. Simmer for 3 minutes. (Or 2 minutes if stir frying).
4. Drain and serve

Good product, but broken
As others have said, the new packaging results in lots of little bits of noodle. Still good noodle, but disappointing for those seeking long stringy bits.

Useless!!
I bought these as the alternative I usually get was out of stock. These came all smashed up. Noodles with no length on them, it was more like a load of inch long strips than anything else. I saw these on the shelf in the local supermarket too and they were broken up too. Far too fragile.

Used to be great....but gone very downhill
These used to be a brilliant standby for quick meals, whether stir-frys or other types of pasta dish. The newer version of these noodles is very poor though- you basically end up with a bunch of short noodle lengths like you get in minestrone soup, even if you try not to over-boil. Bring back the old ones!

They have changed the packaging!!
Have bought these for a few years, however the change in packaging has meant the last 2 purchases have arrived shattered, v disappointing, shan't buy on line again, as need to inspect before purchasing.

Delicious, but nests arrive shattered
Really delicious, versatile, convenient store cupboard item. Hi fibre, so healthy. But I agree with the other reviewers that since the packaging change they seem to arrive broken. For me that is not a problem as I break them up anyway. But had I been expecting long strands, I would have been disappointed.
