Bolney Wine Estate Autumn Spice 2009
A fresh off dry white wine with balanced crisp acidity
This wine was fermented in stainless steel vats, with each variety fermented separately and carefully blended together afterwards. The individual tanks were temperature controlled to allow for a cool and gentle fermentation, maintaining the maximum characters from the grapes.
It has spicy undertones with a refreshing palate of Elderflower and tropical fruit flavours of Lychee and Passion fruit. Made from blend of Reichenstiener, Schönburger and Wurzer grapes.
Established in 1972, Bolney Wine Estate has devoted it self to creating top class English wines. Working to be a leader in red wine production in the U.K. A specialist in top quality cool climate Pinot Noir. Also importantly creating top class traditional method sparkling wines.
