Top quality mozzarella!
Fully agree with previous reviewer. This mozzarella is way better than Galbani, and a better consistency than some of the buffalo milk versions which are simply too soft. This is the best mozzarella on Ocado, whether eaten as it is or used in a recipe. Take it from an Italian who knows their mozzarella!!
