Product Description

The BRITA Elemaris XL White Meter water filter jug with intelligent indicator for optimum BRITA quality. Measures water hardness, volume and time.

Cleaning for first use:
Clean the jug and funnel in either the dishwasher or using warm soapy water.
The lid isn't dishwasher safe so simply wash this using warm soapy water.
Prepare the MAXTRA cartridge using the following process:
1. Remove packaging from cartridge.
2. Fill basin/sink with cold water.
3. Immerse cartridge under water and vigorously shake from side to side for 10 seconds. (you will notice small bubbles rising to the surface of the water from the cartridge).
4. When the bubbles have stopped, remove the cartridge from basin/jug and place in the system.
5. Filter 2 - 3 batches of water through the system to remove any carbon dust from the cartridge (carbon dust can become dislodged during transit).

unstable sadly

The lip cover fell first into my coffee maker well then another day into my kettle. The filler hole cover also fell inside a few times. Wish we had more choice. I thought it would fill my coffee maker with one fill being large but no, it takes 2. Now I have to find somewhere to buy a better jug.

Broke after 3 months

The screen has stopped working, keeps falling out and so is now in the bin. This product cost a lot of money and I feel very disappointed.

poor quolity

I bought recently 3rd one here in Ocada, just you know why? Be course I don't have time to look for something better, so it stuff is going to work properly no more then 3-4 month , then it brakes its screan and little lid everytime falling into the water.
