never had a bad one
this has stopped me going to my beloved butcher,always the same great quality best served with 3 egg yorkshires though

MMM melt in the mouth joint.
We had this with turkey for christmas dinner. I rubbed it with crushed juniper berries and garlic - a ittle five spice. It tasted out of this world. We are having it again for Easter as every one loved it so. Only cook for about 45 minutes for a rare beef.

best beef ever
Bought this product many times. Delicious as a roast joint but also cut into steaks. Melts in the mouth!

Worth saving up for
We're cutting down drastically on meat and only having it for treats so its worth buying the good stuff. I cut this in half, sear both pieces on the stove for 5 mins then cook in the oven for only 15 mins for med-rare. Spectacular! And you have time to stick a batch of mini-yorkshires in bun tins in there too!
