Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Grill - From Chilled
Rare 4-6 mins
Medium 8-10 mins
Well Done 10-12 mins
Remove from the packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes. Preheat grill. Place on a grill pan under a medium grill, turning once during cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Barbecue - From Chilled
Rare 4-6 mins
Medium 8-10 mins
Well Done 10-12 mins
Remove from the packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes. Place on a preheated griddle, turning once during cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.

Will be buying again
Not a bad piece of meat for pre-packed steak. A little too much fat for us which knocked the fifth star off.

Disappointing purchase
I buy this steak every week and have always found it excellent but last week's steak was appalling - full of gristle, hope this was a "one off". 4 stars due to usual quality.

Good value
I don't know whether it was the marinade it had been sitting in for two days or the way my husband cooked it, but this steak was perfect, very tender. Will definitely order again.
