Prepare & Use
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Oven cook
Electric (200ºC): 18-20 mins
Fan (180ºC): 18-20 mins
Gas (gas 6): 18-20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven until thoroughly cooked.
Do not reheat once cooled

nice with pasta
These are very nice with pasta. Ok, so not an actual fillet but that's not really a problem. It's just minced breast meat which means none of the chicken is wasted-better for the chicken. However, as it isn't a whole chicken breast it does seem very expensive hence the missing star. I drizzle a little olive oil and Parmesan on top before cooking and serve with pasta with tomato and lots of fresh basil. Yummy.

only 63% chicken?
I have ordered these before and they taste perfectly nice however having looked at the label I noticed they were only 63% chicken which I find quite worrying, I've no idea how the breadcrumb covering can make up the remainder 37%! I think in future I'd rather buy chicken breast and breadcrumb them myself so that I know what I'm eating...

We have these in a ciabatta with lettuce and mayo and they taste great.

not Waitrose quality!
processed reformed chicken parts. Bad taste and very poor quality. the Sainsburys equivalent is made with whole chicken breast and costs less too and is delish! shame ocado does not stock that! there is not decent quality of breaded chicken available, really inconvenient!
