Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened consume within 2 days.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Oven Cook
Electric (190ºC): 30-35 mins.
Fan (170ºC): 30-35 mins.
Gas (gas mark 5): 30-35 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days.
Grill
16-18 mins.
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium grill. Turn often to prevent burning.
Barbecue
Take extra care whene barbecuing.Cook first and barbecue fo finish.
