Delicious braising steak
I can't imagine using this as a frying steak, but feather steak is such a lovely braising meat! In very little time at all the seam of connective tissue down the middle melted to a lovely jelly. Very good value.

poor quality
I was given a pack that only had 1 day shelf life left! brown and very marbled disappointed

Poor quality, really marbled and full of gristle
Threw half of this out as it was gristly and the it was so marbled all the way through you could have used it for mince. Would not buy it again.

full of gristle
I had this on a recent delivery as part of a meal deal and was very disappointed. Each piece of meat had a chunk of fat-gristle running through. I ended up throwing half the weight of it away.

yuck!
As previous reviewers found, this meat was inedible. I described it to my husband as being like the sole of a slipper! Surprising as it has been tasty enough when purchased on previous occasions. A very bad batch ocado!
