Better than any sliced ham
I know this has had a few bad reviews - so was slightly apprehensive - but for no good reason. It cooked lovely tasted better and compared to the cost of a few slices of packaged ham works out much cheaper

Lovely change as the Sunday Roast
I boiled mine for an hour & a half changing the water once and then baked for half an hour. The joint was very moist and not at all salty. Only a little fat on the outside, nothing like some of the other reviews. Will definately be buying again.

Great gammon joint
Ordered this for the first time and was delighted. I brought to boil in water, simmered for 10 minutes then replaced the salty water with freshly boiled water from the kettle and simmered the joint for a further 1.5hrs. Just a layer of fat which cut off easily after cooking. No intricate fat and the meat tasted divine. Certainly not salty. A tad expensive but it's from British pigs and raised to acceptable welfare standards, unlike the Danish pork available in many supermarkets so I'm okay to pay a little more.

A good piece of gammon
Have bought this joint 3 times and have not been disappointed. The joint I did for Saturday brunch this weekend was hailed as 'deliciously succulent' and was completely demolished. Hopefully the same quality will continue.

Much smaller than expected
So disappointed with this order. I know the weight is not guaranteed but it was only just over 800g! I'm going to have to buy another joint to make this enough for lunch tomorrow.
