Prepare & Use

May be eaten warm or cold.
For best eating quality serve warm as below.

Oven Cook (from chilled)
Electric (190°C): 25 mins.
Fan (170°C): 25 mins.
Gas (gas mark 5): 25 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging including the foil. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Electric (190°C): 40-45 mins.
Fan (170°C): 40-45 mins.
Gas (gas mark 5): 40-45 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging including the foil. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stand for 10 minutes before serving.

To serve cold:
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.

a little watery and lacking flavour

Not bad but expected more flavour from the gruyere.

More dough than filling

We bought it last month and, to our surprise, half of it was plain dough. It came out of the oven as hard as rock. No problems with it before.

Best Quiche

Lovely deep filled quiche. Waitrose is the best on the market in my opinion. The whole range is good not just this veggie one.
