Too much stalk
It is disappointing to buy an item sold by weight and find over 1/8 of what you are paying for is stalk, I would happily eat the leaf, but resent paying for something I put in the bin.

nice colour and taste
In my cantry everything boil long becourse we have everything from our own garden. Natural producs usualy longer cooking then genetic modyfided. For this beetroot I'm not sure about Organic but taste in any case great
