Waitrose Piri-piri butterflied pork shoulder joint.
British pork shoulder spiced with a dry rub of paprika, cayenne, garlik and brid's-eye chilli powder, accompanied with a sachet of hot and fiery sauce.

Prepare & Use

Preparation:
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

Oven Cook
Electric (200ºC): 35-40 mins
Fan (180ºC): 35-40 mins
Gas (gas mark 6): 35-40 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Pour over glaze 10 minutes before and of cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Take extra care when barbecuing.

Fab

Thanks to the other reviewers I added this to my basket when looking for 3 for ?10 - I had ordered turkey mince and the veal English Mince so added this as the 3rd item. It is great - cant over emphasise how tasty, hot and home made this seems. I am on a Weight Watchers diet so try to eat healthy and lower fat - I found the meat to be tasty and not at all fatty.

I agree entirely with the previous reviewer. Be warned, though, the drizzle is really HOT!
