Make the Best of Your Teas
Use fresh water in the kettle as this has plenty of oxygen to release the tea's flavour. To save energy and water, only boil what you need. Warm your tea pot, or cup, and use one bag per person. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave to brew for 3 - 5 minutes, then add milk, sugar, honey or slice of lemon.

Awful
Usually we just opt for one of the black teas on offer as there's usually an enjoyable enough one to choose. This brand however is the first box that we've found basically undrinkable, it has an awful almost plasticine like after taste, thoroughly unpleasant.

not good
We've bought these bags for some time but now concur with other recent comments in that the flavour's nowhere near as good and there's now a lot of tea dust. Put the first poor box down to a one-off but have now had another so will not buy again. Pity.

My favourite tea spoilt !
I have been buying these for years, telling everyone how good they are. Not anymore ! Since rebranding them the taste has changed and the quality has gone :(

New but not improved
I have been buying these teabags for some time and was extremely satisfied with them. Unfortunately, the recent repackaging and change from round to square bags has been accompanied by a decline in the flavour and particularly strength. Sorry, but it's not a change for the better.
