ideal size
This is the ideal size for two people or a couple of meals for one with out any wastage.

Useful for occasional use.
If you don't often use parmesan this is cheap enough to use for one dish. I buy a packet of this to sprinkle over one lasagne as its just the right amount.

great for emergency use
if you run out of fresh parmesan to grate, this is a useful back up to have in the fridge. Tastes completely fine.
