Nice flavour, one of better extra mature cheddars, not too crumbly

Very tasty

This is very tasty mature cheddar. Have given this only 4 stars because it is more crumblier than lots of mature cheddar cheese, so breaks up when cutting a slice. I tried using other knives instead of my go to cheese knife, but the cheese still crumbled. No complaints about the taste though.

The best make

Can’t find another make that’s as good as cathedral city. Good strong flavour, lasts well and good texture cheese
