My most favourite cheddar

I don't buy any other brands any more. I tried other brands in the past when they have been on offer but most of them had gritty bits in them, which I had no idea what they were. It was as if I was eating sand. And some other brands melted too quickly and became too greasy when it went on top of a baked meal. This does not have any gritty bits and very tasty eaten as it is or grated on top of oven dishes.
