Prepare & Use

Oven Cook:

Brush sausages with a little oil, place on a pre-heated baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200ºC/400ºF/Gas mark 6 and cook for 20 minutes, turn half way through cooking time. For fan assisted ovens reduce cooking time by 2 minutes. To cook from frozen increase cooking time above by 5 minutes.

Grill:

Pre-heat grill to a medium setting and cook sausages for 10 minutes, turning frequently. To cook from frozen increase cooking time above by 2 minutes.

Fry:

Fry Sausages in 1 tbsp of pre-heated oil over a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning frequantly. To cook from frozen increase cooking time above by 5 minutes.
Ensure food is piping hot before serving. All appliances may vary these are guidelines only

My favourite veg sausages

Tasty and satisfying. We always cook these a little longer than it says on the packet so that they go a little brown.

Awful

These used to be my favourite veggie sausage, a real cut above the others. Now they are horrible as the taste has gone and the texture is disgusting. Cauldron have wrecked a lot of their products lately - why not leave well enough alone?
