Product Description
This wine comes from the region known as "The gateway to the Mediterranean" which, as the name suggests, is the area at the southern end of the Rhone Valley. It is made from a blend of the Merlot grape grown all over the world and the local Grenache Noir, which thrives in this area. The sunny, warm Mediterranean climate fully ripens the grapes and produces a delightful, soft and fruity red wine.

Best Ever Red Wine
I don't normally buy French wines but I liked the reviews and the description. I was pleasantly surprised, I took this to a dinner party and we all loved the fruity, smooth taste and it's a great price too! This is definitely my favourite by far for a long time!

The selection of wines offered by Ocado are all excellent and this particular wine is smooth and easy to drink.

Very smooth - not too heavy. Nice for a summer red.

Good quality wine
I switched to this grape blend a couple of years ago, used to be Cabernet sauvignon drinker but I now wouldn't go back. The smoothness of the Merlot is mixed beautifully with the Grenache. Can recommend for even your most discerning friends!

Absolute pap
Very, Very poor. Don't get drawn in with the recomendations unless your into Merlot which explains a lot. Cooking wine at best
