Storage
Keep in a fridge that’s below 5°C. It’s at its very best when cooked from fresh.
If you do plan to freeze it, do it on the day you bought it and make sure you eat it within a month, defrosting it fully before cooking.
Prepare & Use
Oven Cook
1. Preheat your oven to 220ºC/200ºC fan/gas mark 7.
2. Remove the film but leave the lasagne in its tray. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Be careful, it will be hot.
Make sure it’s piping hot throughout. These instructions are just a guide; cookers are as quirky as the rest of us.

love this cant wait for new recipe
Love this as a treat, buy often. I love the good qual ingrs,I dont feel like I have eaten a ready meal afterwards but a homecooked meal. Great. Pork makes the meat taste a bit funny and the herbs also a bit strong and maybe a bit too much crunchy cheese on top but honstly I really love this and always aware of quality foods, esp as am pregnant and sensitive to artificial tasting foods.

very good lasagne
I like this lasagne - pretty good for a ready made one - good texture and taste. Better than other lasagne you can buy here.

We love this lasagna and have ordered it several times now. It tastes good and has a great texture. I genuinely can't believe the other reviews are for the same product. The only issue I have is the paper lined tray which makes serving a bit difficult, but I appreciate that it's not plastic so that more than makes up for it, for me.

Tastes great and high quality ingredients. Found the portion size a little small for two people. Fabulous fully recyclable packaging. Will try other Bigham's meals.

Charlie Bigham saved my life.
We have only just found this range and cannot fault any of the pies or oven dishes for taste or ease of cooking haven't tried the pan ones. They've been a saviour whilst caring for a newborn and taste as good as anything we would cook and take no effort. We especially like the Lasagne. Hoorah.
