Catalan Chicken
Fresh chicken breast and Spanish chorizo in a handmade tomato sauce with butter beans, garlic, smoked paprika and fresh rosemary. Wonderful!

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Best when cooked from fresh.
If freezing, do so on the day of purchase & consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly before cooking by placing in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once thawed, please don't re-freeze and consume within 1 day.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions
1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a medium-sized frying pan.
2. Add the chicken & vegetables and fry over a medium heat for 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally.
3. Give the sachet of sauce a gentle shake and add its contents to the pan. Bring to the boil, simmer for 2 minutes then serve.
Make sure it's piping hot throughout. These instructions are just a guide: cookers are as quirky as the rest of us

Used to love this
This used to be a family favourite, but my children really dislike the butter beans in the new recipe! Please pass all these comments back to Bigham's because they usually have great recipes.

Downgraded
I used to buy this alot - plenty of chicken and large pieces of red and green pepper. But Mr B has changed the recipe and instead of the peppers, he has added great big butter bean things padding out and I'm sure the amount of chicken has decreased. I won't buy again unless he changes recipe back to what it was.

Nice and filling
this is a great easy dinner - one of my favourite of the CB range. It looks like there's not much chicken, but it's actually plenty, the butter beans are in my opinion a lovely element, and theres lots of herbs, sauce and red onion and pepper. Very flavoursome.
