If you do plan to freeze it, do it on the day you bought it and make sure you eat it within a month, defrosting it fully before cooking.

Prepare & Use

Delicious with new potatoes & seasonal veg.

Oven Cook
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C / 200°C fan / gas mark 7.
2. Remove the film but leave the chicken breasts in their tray.
3. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Be careful, they'll be hot.
Make sure they're piping hot throughout. These instructions are just a guide; cookers are as quirky as the rest of us.

Great success

Loved it, cooked for 25 minutes at 200 fan and didn't think it got too hard.

One of the best

I've tried various meals in the past & both my husband & myself really liked these chicken pieces. They were both tasty & moist due to their individual paper cases keeping in all liquid during cooking. Will definitely be buying these again.

Flavours fight each other

I too found that the proscuitto went a bit dry in my fan oven. and didn't think it complemented the chicken. So OK but I wouldn't rave.

Quick supper

We enjoyed these, quick and easy, tasty filling to the chicken, but if there's one drawback it's the product can go a bit hard on the outside if you cook it up to the full recommended time. In my fan oven I probably need to cut the time down a bit more, even on a lower temperature than stated.
