We made it in a busy working kitchen so it may also contain traces of nuts and sesame
Oven cook - From Frozen
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/ gas mark 7.
2. Remove the film but leave the meatballs al forno in its container. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.
Be careful, it will be hot.
Make sure it's piping hot throughout. These instructions are just a guide; cookers are as quirky as the rest of us.

packaging not helping
the packaging got scorched in the oven, and so did the top of the pasta so it baked hard. The sauce and the meatballs were good, but we had to throw away the top layer of pasta

Thoroughly enjoyable
Did spot during cooking that it looked a little dry, so used some of the tomato sauce to "baste" the meatballs, and added a bit of grated cheese at the end... very enjoyable for a lazy supper!
