Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. Best when cooked from fresh. If freezing, do so on the day of purchase & consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking by placing in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once thawed, please don't re-freeze and consume within 1 day.
Prepare & Use
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a medium sized frying pan.
2. Add chicken & vegetables & cook over a moderate heat for 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally.
3. Gently shake sachet of sauce & add contents to the pan. Bring to the boil then simmer for 2 mins.
Ensure food is piping hot throughout. Do not re-heat once cooled. These instructions are a guide: all appliances vary

A good option for dining in
It's not like a freshly cooked thai curry but it is very tasty and was a generous portion for two people. It's far superior to a ready meal and is reasonably priced for the amount of meat provided.

Would buy again
My husband and I really liked this - it doesn't taste like an authentic thai curry, but it has delicate flavours and it seems a good takeaway relacement, far cheaper and as close to fresh home cooked as you can get - it also has no garlic in, great when you don't want to smell bad the next day!! The portion sizes were fine for us.

Disappointing
Love Thai green curry but this was disappointingly tasteless and bland. Portion size was fine, but I wouldn't recommend on the basis of the flavour.
