broke after a few weeks
Handle on pepper mill broke after a few weeks. Blamed husband but he claims not his fault - reading the other reviews I now see he was probably blameless! Shame as it actually grinds the pepper really well and very handy to be ableto operate one-handed with a small baby in the other arm...

Not+at+all+good
Unfortunately+one+of+the+ears+broke+after+the+third+time+of+use,+very+disappointed.
Supplier Response- This depends where the mechanism has broken. If the Mill is overfilled peppercorns can get into and jam the mechanism which can cause a breakage. Likewise if the top is not lined up correctly when replaced after filling one handle will remain loose and appear broken when actually it isn't.

very poor quality purchase
I bought both the pepper and salt mills a while ago, unfortunately not long after, the handle snapped off the pepper mill. Thinking my husband had been heavy handed I ordered another only for the same problem to happen again. This is a very poor quality item for the cost!!!

Disappointing
Great until one of the handle sides snapped off in my hand after 2 weeks.

Great Pepper Mill
I bought this over a year ago and its still going strong. We use it everyday and have had no issues with the product. Sorry to hear that others have been struggling!
