APPLE / GRAPE not all cherry!
I felt I should warn for those with allergies thinking this is all cherry. I phoned to find out what the fruit extracts are - they are Apple or Grape - they use both. They don't feel the need to put this information on the label - it seems to be a trend with other companies too - because it costs to change the print run each time they switch from apple to grape and back again. This may well be a valid point, but so is the right to know what is contained in a product we're buying. I've suggested labelling 'apple or grape fruit extracts' so we could at least be warned. Anyway just a 'heads up' for those who need to know. And so the search for an apple/grape free drink continues ...

Not Sweet
Might be too sour for some on its own, but excellent with ginger ale, added to red fruit smoothies or as a fruit cocktail base. Frozen in an ice cube tray and then zapped in the blender with a spot of amaretto, it makes a delicious granita.

I really really like this juice.
I like this juice because it's not too sweet, especially when mixed with a little water. I'm not drinking alcohol at the moment because I'm pregnant, so this juice, with its deep red colour, is an acceptable alternative to wine with dinner. it's nice, try some.
