Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours and consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Wash all work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw poultry and meat. For best results pan fry. Pan Fry: Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, add chicken, cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat and fry for 12-15 minutes until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Grill: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill tray, brush with oil and season. Score deeply and grill for 15-18 minutes turning frequently until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled

Half Water, Half Beast
I froze these on day of purchase and after defrosting the size of the fillets had shrunk by almost 50% and the bags contained a large amount of fluid. I assume they had been injected to plump up the breasts and the freezing process had caused the fluid to seep back out of the chicken... quite disturbing wondering what fluid was used. Reminds me of the recent horse meat debacle. Also it was tasteless!!!

Seems to contain added water....
We tried to stir fry this chicken and had to pour loads of water off.

These were great value when on offer - however now they are back to full price they are not an option for our weekly shop

useful for freezing
I would say that if you put these in the freezer on purchase an get them out as you need them they work very well and the quality of the meat is good. Judging by other reviews they don't stay fresh for very long if not frozen. Having said that I have found that when I defrost them they will keep for a day or 2.

I have bought this several times but will not be buying again!Tough as old boots and 2 packets were open/not sealed.Not recommended.
