D/750W: 4½ mins
E/850W: 4 mins

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container on a microwaveable plate. Halfway through heating time peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and continue heating for the remaining time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Check food is piping hot. If not re-cover and heat for a further brief period.
Oven Cook
Electric (190ºC): 20 mins
Fan (170ºC): 20 mins
Gas (gas mark 5): 20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container on a baking tray in centre of oven. Halfway through heating time peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and continue heating for the remaining time. Remove from oven on tray and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled

This was disgusting! Not much chicken, noodles, vegetables and sauce did not taste nice!

Ever had the real thing?
Just so others know, real Chinese doesn't contain cabbage or carrots. Not sure what the others were expecting.

If you fancy three large chunks of chicken in a bland sauce mixed in with cabbage and carrott and a portion of noodles...This is for you! Very disappointing and poor value.
