Microwave oven
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate. Halfway through heating peel back film, stir, re-cover and continue heating for the remaining time. Allow to stand on the plate for 2 minutes after heating. Check that food is piping hot. If not, heat for a further brief period.

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven until piping hot. Remove from oven on tray and allow to stand for 2 minutes

Kids Love It!

Give it a miss
This seems to have changed recently and is now utterly horrible. Couldn't even finish it the other day. Chicken is poor quality and the taste is not nice.

Nice and heavy, mild and creamy
My children love to share one of these once a week on our take away night. It serves my purpose, and at over 43 grams of fat per container - 21.6 grams of fat half a pack - I would not want them to have a whole one each.

Chicken was not nice
artificial tasting. I dont mind the no rice thing, but the sauce did not taste good.

I liked it a lot.
I now buy this fairly regularly. I have never had any rubber chicken in it. I like the taste of the sauce. It is very mild, as an alternative to hotter chicken dishes. Not as good as the classic chicken tikka masala , but still deserving of a 5 in my book.
