mouldy one weed before expiry date
although this product is usually ok, on 2 occasions I have opened it to find that it has gone off!

Fantastic paneer cheese
This is a perfect paneer, great for Indian-style meals. It's vegetarian and works well instead of chicken or meat for veggies. It's got a good texture, and a mild, creamy flavour. It's easy to cook. And it keeps for ages.

Very rubbery
Have tried this twice now cooking in different ways but I am disappointed by its rubbery texture and complete tastlessness. If you have the time it is better to make your own the day before required.

Quick and easy to use
I've always loved Paneer. While this product is not as good as home made, it is definitely a lot quicker and less messy to use if you are getting used to Indian cooking or just in a rush. The Paneer is quite high fat and does not taste of much, so it's always good to marinade it.

Rubbish
Don't buy this Paneer brand. Its not real paneer. The other brand here Everest is the real paneer. I know because I am Indian and love Paneer.
