good for baking
I always used butter for baking cakes and biscuits, but wanted to try out different fats. Didn't like margarine, and vegetable oil blocks didn't give as nice results. This is a lovely alternative, and in fact is easier to work with than butter. No-one has said anything but compliments on the cakes since I started using this ingredient.
