Synthetic Taste

This product has a slightly off-putting synthetic taste - it is not as rich and delicious as the Bart coconut milk you once stocked.

Thai recipe's dream

I would buy this product over the Blue Dragon version any day of the week. It's creamy; has a high concentration of coconut which is evident in the superior flavour it delivers. It is also so versatile. It doesn't separate at high heat like Blue Dragon does; and it comes in the can in 'milk' formn as adverstised, not 25% milk and 75% solid as Blue Dragon does.
