Great Value
When I entertain people to lunch this is the cheese that disappears most rapidly. What is more I can afford it!

Gorgeously Creamy with a Slight Honeyed Edge
Love Camembert type cheeses & recently tried this one. Now destined to be a firm favourite. Really creamy & rich with an undertone of honey & almonds. Rind is good, too. Fab with toasted sourdough but my fav is used to top a toasted open sandwich of tuna, then lightly grilled to melting point....... Yum!!

Seriously my favourite cheese.
This is just gorgeous. Very mild but full of flavour - can definitely pick up on a kind of sweet honey flavour not actually honey, but you know.... For anyone who likes standard brie this is an absolute must - its very similar but much tastier. A slightly softer texture but at the same time dense and satisfying. Beautiful melted in a toasted sandwich or just hacking a lump off to have with bread. It's made from pasteurised milk too so pregnant ladies can indulge.
