Prepare & Use
Instructions for use:
Adults and children over 12 years: Rinse with half a capful (10ml) for 1 minute, spit out. Use 3 times daily. Use after meals and at bedtimes or as directed by your doctor or dentist.
Children 6-12 years: Use under the supervision of an adult.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 7 days, after this period consult your doctor or dentist.

Whitens!
This is not advertised as such but does whiten your teeth. It effervesces and gets in the gaps well. It's one of my beauty secrets!

My dentist recommended this product, and i have found it to be excellent. It foams in the mouth so gets in all gaps and like the previous reviewer i have found it whitens my teeth too.
