For children 0-1: brush once a day with a thin smear of toothpaste
For children 1-3: brush twice a day with a pea sized amount of toothpaste
Parents supervise daily brushing
Ensure children spit out after brushing to minimise swallowing and avoid rinsing with water
Consult your dentist on toothpaste usage
In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor

kids love it
Both young children use and like this toothpaste. The mint is mild and the blue sparkles don't offend.

My son loves it
My 2-year old son would eat this toothpaste if I let him. Perfectly good product i.e., gets him to open his little mouth.

Stings...?
I had a similar experience to another reviewer in that my 2 year old daughter who is cutting molar teeth found this toothpaste stingy and is very unhappy having her teeth brushed with it. Unfortunately, Ocado don't seem to be stocking the aquafresh alternative for 0-3 age group.
