At Colman's we have nearly 200 years experience of perfecting our recipes. This luxurious peppercorn sauce complements your steak perfectly, bringing the experience of fine dining to your kitchen in minutes.

Prepare & Use
What You Need.
1 sachet of Colman's Luxury Peppercorn sauce mix.
300ml (1/2 pint) semi skimmed milk.
How To Cook.
1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan and blend with a little milk.
2. Stir in remaining milk and bring to boil, stirring continuously.
3. Simmer for 1 minute until sauce has thickened.
Why not try: Wrap a fillet of pork in bacon and brown in a pan, then cook in a medium oven for 40 minutes or until fully cooked. slice a pepper and boil for 1 minute. Wrap the pork and peppers in filo pastry and bake in a medium oven for 15 minutes. Serve with the luxury peppercorn sauce adding a generous splash of white wine or sherry.
